Shelby and Brian wed on Oct. 17th in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The couple selected The Grand Palladium Resort to touch down with friends and family for the big day and a weekend of fabulous festivities.
The bride wore a beautiful vintage inspired dress by BHLDN while the rest of the bridal party coordinated flawlessly. The flower girls wore custom handmade dresses and carrying handmade baskets while the bridesmaids also wore custom dresses. Shelby spent much of her pre-wedding time shopping for gems like these on Etsy.

The couple chose chartreuse green and chocolate brown as their wedding colors with touches of brown and taupe through the use of burlap accents. Filled with beautiful orchids and a contrast of wooden elements, this wedding was idyllic Jamaican event.
In may have rained a tad on the big day, but that’s good luck, you know! So the group made a split second decision and relocated the ceremony under cover and it looked as though it had been planned that way from day one.
The guest book was a creative map of Jamaica custom made for the event. On the table to accompany it were moss covered initials of the bride and groom making it just that much more personal.
The guests and bride and groom dined on one long feasting table, keeping the intimate wedding feeling a bit more like home; while hand painted rocks served as place cards for each in attendance.
At the end of this magical night, the newlyweds and their guests opted for a ceremony a bit different from fireworks. The family went out to the cliffs overlooking the ocean and lit and let fly Chinese Wish Lanterns. What a fantastic idea and great way to end the day! We hope all their wishes come true!
