Helene and Mike held their destination wedding in Florida – Captiva Island to be exact. The darling pair wed under a tent with beautiful palm trees and ocean views all around. We asked the bride to share with us a little bit about the design of the day (complete with a horse drawn carriage!) and how it all came to be.
We choose the location because of the sunset and beach waterfront. My husband also fishes regularly in the waters off the beach. Red Fish Pass is one of his favorite places to fish.
The color palette I selected are my favorite colors, lavender, white, and pink.
Our coordinator Kelly McWilliams was wonderful. The beautiful decor I owe to Kelly.
We are happy we opted for a tent. We think the tent made the reception intimate and special. We had more control over decor. It was a beautiful evening and nice to be outside.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
