If you’re hosting a big destination wedding or one a bit more formal than barefoot on the beach, then today’s event is for you! This dramatic yet relaxed event at Nizuc Resort & Spa was held in Cancun, Mexico as the finale party for the wedding industry event, Engage!15: Nizuc. Each year the last night gala showcases innovative talents and wedding ideas from the local region – this time, designed by Elena Damy.
Woven hearts could be seen throughout the ballroom, hanging from the ceiling right down to the coffee tables. The theme was inspired by the heart of Engage, something that everyone in attendance can certainly feel.
The color palette was very neutral and organic – whites, greens, taupes and gold that fit perfectly in the grand ballroom of this spectacular resort.
No detail was forgotten at this party, even the chargers were etched with the menu for the meal!
Our hostesses, Kathryn and Rebecca from Engaging Concepts and Engage!15 did a truly magical job throughout the week, like all those past! If you’re in the luxury wedding industry, this is one educational and inspirational event you should not miss. The best part? Engage!15: Nizuc was such an incredible experience that I will never, ever forget and this very special gala was a great way to round out the week. Now I’m just counting down the days until I get to go back! Hope to see you there!
