Lindsay and Adrian said I do outside of Zurich, Switzerland in an intimate civil ceremony with close family to bear witness. In Switzerland a civil ceremony is actually required before you can have another wedding so this couple broke up the festivities into two different days of celebration!
Their civil ceremony took place in an old castle in a town called Greifensee, just across the lake from where Adrian had grown up.
How fabulous is the bride’s yellow lace wedding dress!?! We love!
It was in the Landvogtstube room (that even had the bride’s last name in it) that the ceremony took place while the larger group gathered in the courtyard to cheer the newlyweds on once they exited the building.
It was then off to a brunch celebration, after which the group boarded a coach bus and headed to the Alps for a grand wedding the following day.
Stay tuned for tomorrow’s story when we bring you the big bash of the darling Jennifer and Adrian and their sweet church ceremony.
Congratulations to the newlyweds!
