Today we’ve got an absolutely stunning fashion shoot to share with you, captured on the volcanic rocks of Hawaii! Sent to us from local Hawaiian photographer, Mykle Coyne, this husband-wife team shared with us the idea of this chic shoot.
“As a photographer in Hawai’i, I see a great many beautiful beach weddings and although I love weddings and I love the beach, it sometimes feels like they start to run together and look the same. This shoot was an attempt to show something different, something fashion-forward – an elevated version of the easy beach wedding. I wanted to mix the warmth and richness of sunset with the elegance of the black lava rock that forms the very essence of the islands. My stylist pulled looks from here in Hawai’i, including several wedding dresses from Project Runway Finalist and Hawaiian native Kini Zamora.”
