St. Regis Deer Valley Weddings

Deer Valley, part of the posh Park City, Utah ski mountains is home to not only the famed Sundance Film Festival, but also the swanky and relatively new St. Regis Resort.  Perched high on the mountain, guests ride a funicular to get to the lobby of the property.  With views of the town of Park City below and lifts and runs on either side of you, you ride up in the leather appointed glass case, feeling a bit transported, like you’re in the London Eye getting a bird’s eye view of the city (only this city has more trees than cars).  A short moment or two later you arrive at your destination and check into the vaulted-ceiling cabin-like resort complete with a fire pit or fireplace at every turn.  The 181 room hotel has an intimate feeling, one perfect for a wintery white destination wedding.  Guests have the luxury, staff, and amenities of a St. Regis, but the quaint comfort and privacy of a much smaller space.  With only one wedding a day, your experience will mimic that of a private estate event and less of a corporate factory.With a complimentary shuttle to town, guests can enjoy the sites and sit at five star restaurants on property or off, where much of Hollywood has sat before them.  We recommend High West (they make their own vodka and whiskey) and Silver (home of the InStyle Sundance Fete).  Then take in a bit of shopping in local boutiques and find everything from designer labels and ski bunny attire to local artisan works. In the summer guests enjoy hiking the trails leading directly off the property and of course, in winter, couples can ski right out the front door and onto a lift.  Deer Valley is one of several mountains in the Park City ski community, and known as one of the top three places to ski in North America (one fact sure to delight your groom and guests).  With everything from ski valets to daycare, all the needs of all your loved ones are met on these slopes.
