Mexico will always be one of those destinations that you fall in love with all over again every time you see it, won’t it? Case in point: Lindsey and Karl fell in love with it so many times, they decided to host marry there! Their beautiful destination wedding, photographed by Dino Gomez Photography, exemplified a perfect by-the-beach “I do” from the festive rehearsal dinner to the big “bang” at the end of their reception.
From Lindsey, “We chose the location for many reasons. First off, Cabo is absolutely beautiful and the first time my husband took me there (for my birthday) I fell in love with the water, weather, atmosphere, food and entertainment. Also, My husband has a house there and he has been going there much of his life, so I would say it’s in his blood! We thought it was the perfect spot to have a destination wedding that everyone could enjoy!” They embraced all of Lindsey’s favorites for their rehearsal dinner, complete with a mariachi band, local foods and a color palette that brought the ocean right to the table.
Lindsey and Karl took to the sand for their nuptials, marrying on the beach of Club Campestre San Jose. All white decor made for a perfectly light and airy feel as they exchanged rings and “became one” with a unity sand ceremony.
“I have dreamt about my wedding all my life, therefore I just picked the things I have always dreamed of and could vision. I chose roses and green and white orchids submerged in water in tall vases, I thought it would look elegant as well as beachy. The the coral color I chose because I thought it was perfect for the beach and the surroundings. I wanted things to be simple but elegant.”
“The food was delicious we had people able to chose from chicken, steak or fish and we ended the night with late night munchies including beef sliders and fries. We ended the night with a BANG- a surprise firework show from my father that over looked the ocean, it was spectacular!“
“I could not have asked for a more happy exciting blessed day. All my dreams came true, I married my best friend and the man of my dreams and was able to share it with all of my loved one’s. Everyone that came together to make it happen from the food to the band to the flowers, it made it a day we will never forget for the rest of our lives.“
