Jessica and Josh traveled from Orange County, CA to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for their Baja destination wedding with 45 of their nearest and dearest friends and loved ones. The location has a special meaning for this pair; Jessica tells us a little bit about their big day. “Josh proposed in Cabo so it’s a special place for us and we chose sunset da Mona Lisa for the beautiful view!” And that view is of the famous tip of Baja – El Arco, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean, a picturesque place for a destination wedding!
“My mom gave my my grandma-her moms engagement ring to the night before the wedding so that was special to wear on our big day :)”
The bride’s idea behind the design and décor of the day: “My inspiration was a warm, very romantic vibe.” And romantic it was with pretty pale pink and gold tones set atop a beachfront property to weave in the colors of the sand.
“We had a picture of our dog, (he’s like our son) on our sweetheart table.”
The couple’s advice for other destination wedding couples? “Do it!! Best decision we ever made! Such a great experience to have all of your favorite people there on vacation together celebrating YOU!”
Congratulations to the newlyweds!
